My wife has loved this balm! It really makes her skin glow but doesn’t leave an oily feeling to the skin after application. My wife said that for makeup removal, it is best to use a pad/cloth with the balm instead of just your hands. Have not tried it for other uses other than “lotion” and makeup remover.

Facts. My barber used the Butter Balm in my hair, and it made my hair and scalp feel and look healthy and supple! That happened within a minute to two minutes!! He showed me another hairstyle I could rock because the balm allowed him to maneuver my hair smoothly.

I use this basically only for my hair -- I rub the excess on my skin, but for me I use it as a hair product. It has some properties of a hair oil, but unlike oils which leave your hair limp, this actually helps give it a lot of body. I combine it with Gravity Paste and slick back my hair and let it dry that way. I have somewhat course, wavy to curly hair, but when I do this, it dries straight and with amazing texture/sheen. I also do Keratin every couple of months, and this product has essentially greatly extended the effective life of the Keratin. It's hands down the best hair routine/product I've ever had. It actually works even better than blow-drying in terms of straightening the hair by letting it dry slicked back, but unlike blow drying it keeps the hair totally moisturized and with natural sheen. My girlfriend also loves this and I had to buy her her own tub of it. Hoping this review helps other discover this product. There's nothing else like it that I know of, and its been an absolute game changer for my hair routine / style.

This is an unusual product, but I absolutely love it! At first it doesn't feel like a styling product, it really does seem like a tub of butter, but it's astonishing — incredible hold for my thin (I have a lot of hair but the strands are thin), slicked-back hair, and terrific conditioning for beard and face. Now, my hair won't stay slicked back at all by itself, it just flops, and yet the Butter Balm keeps it in place all day. And I was kind of suspicious for a while, because my hair is uncooperative, but this balm just keeps doing the job. I shower before bed and put just the smallest amount of this balm through towel-dried hair — like, half a teaspoon's worth — and comb it back. In the morning I just comb it again, and it's all good. If my hair is out of place in the morning I use a bit of water on the comb, and that sets everything back into place without affecting the balm's holding power. What else... It's not greasy, not like a pomade, and not like any hair oil I've ever used. It holds with flexibility like Claymation, but doesn't dry the hair at all. It's got a little bit of grit in it that seems to help hold the hair in place...?—That's a guess. Whatever the heck is going on in this little tub, it's genius. I use it for my beard, as well, which is medium length, not a Ned Kelly beard. The balm helps condition my facial skin as well the hair. A remarkable product!

Butter Balm has quickly rocketed to the top spot as my all-time favorite body product. What can't it do?! Light and pliable for my hair, smooth on my beard, nourishing and gentle for my face and body skin. I honestly wouldn't be surprised to learn I could eat it because the stuff is just so versatile. The butter balm is the newest and most brilliant product. I’ve been able to use in all 3 aspects: hair, face lips, and skin It’s terrific after those long sunny, salty water working days. It’s an added glow and again helps restore the skins hydration and health. I’d only like a impressive summer coconut scent or. Wood like one for the winter nights out. It’d perform like a moisturizing cologne wink. Plz make this 100%

I’ve used Hanz products on & off over the years . I bought the butter balm on a whim .. and it’s my new goto product for hair at night as a leave in conditioner. For my skin after tanning and it’s great to out in ink ! I’ll definitely be keeping this always on hand (no pun intended)

As advertised great on skin and hair. This has worked great for me on sunburns and my dry work hands. I use a small amount on hair after I towel dry and my hair is much more manageable. I also used this on my leather dress shoes for a quick shoe shine:) and it worked perfect.

I normally love HdF products, and I was really excited about trying this one. Unfortunately, the scent is pretty overwhelming and not especially pleasant. I’d be into an unscented version of this, but the current version is going into the bin.
