GRAVITY PASTE

It's a cool product, but definitely not worth removing scheme cream. why not keep both? or add one more product for even numbers? it works alright for my hair, but i miss the simplicity and the scent of scheme cream.

I originally ordered the sample pack from HDK and was very pleased. I loved the products and my favorite was the scheme cream. I thought it was perfect for my hair type which is straight and fine. I liked that I could easily work it into blowdried hair without my fingers getting stuck. When I was told gravity paste was replacing scheme cream, I was a little down about it but figured I would try it out. I'm pretty disappointed because I was told it would be better than scheme cream, and I totally have to disagree. I can work with it when my hair is damp, but if my hair is dry I can't even get my fingers through my hair. I'm still working with it and looking for alternatives but I could do without it. It smells amazing though. Just bring back scheme cream, please.

Huge fan of Claymation and Hybridized Wax but decided to try this one after watching a few youtubers hype it up as a "Gamechanger." Definitely lost respect for their "reveiws." This product smells and feels like toothpaste, which isn't really a bad thing. However, it is definitely Not a high hold, medium shine. I tired it over and over on both dry and damp hair and was disappointed every time. It's a creamy texture, yet after rubbing it in your palms, the application is close to impossible. It dries up fast and clumps the hair. And leaves more of a matte finish. In my opinion, the only thing about this product that fits the description is the scent. Try a free sample with your next purchase of your favorite HDF product before buying a full size can. Don't be a fool and buy into the hype like me.

Quicksand, pomade and claymation are great, but gravity paste does live up to the high hold claim. You need to rub it alot to get the "heat activation" until it becomes sticky to apply. I've tried it on slightly damp and dry hair, the hold is not good at all - nothing close to quicksand or claymation. It's basically the pomade with slightly better hold. Bought product expecting high hold medium shine but was disappointed with hold. If you're looking for medium hold medium shine though this is perfect. Long time HDF user but this product does not live up to the hype, will stick with claymation for now.

The scent is really great! And I figured out that if you apply Gravity Paste immediately to damp hair, then blow dry it in the direction of your hairstyle. Then re-apply it to finish the style off, it is MAGICAL! Great Pliable Hold without being too heavy. Highly Recommend!

first off the scent is really great! I personally think that when you apply sponge wax to your hair before your blow dry it then use Gravity paste after, it works best! It has a great hold and nice natural shine finish. I am so happy about this product and I think it works amazing

I have been a loyal HDF customer for a long time now and was extremely excited about the release of Gravity Paste. I'm a regular user/lover of HDF's Claymation and was always hoping for a product that was similar but with more natural shine rather than matte. Personally, I feel this would give hair a more healthier appearance. Unfortunately, I have to say that I am quite disappointed by the results of Gravity Paste after trying to style my medium-short length hair. The hold definitely does not last, despite claiming to be a strong hold. The product also becomes tacky real fast, making it hard to work the product in without seeing hair in your palms afterwards. I will always be a loyal HDF customer and this is just my personal honest review. I'll continue using all of their great products but this... Hopefully they can revise it or come up with something different.

Lets start with the positive. Gravity Paste smells better than any product I've ever used, only Modify Pomade's sweet scent can compete with the minty notes of Gravity Paste. I also like how it provides a great smooth finish to your hair, so you can easily run your hands through it if it gets messy during the day. Now for the negative. I really expected more gravity defying characteristics. As you start applying the paste it seems like a miracle product! But even if you blow dry your hair, volume is soon lost. After a few disappointing styles, I'm back to using Claymation. If Hanz would incorporate the mint scent of Gravity Paste into Claymation, I would never buy a different product.

I was extremely excited to try this product after great luck with quicksand. I love the quicksand but it tends to dry my hair out so I thought I would try Gravity Past. This product does not have high hold. After application my hair falls within minutes of putting the product in. Also, the product tends to rip hair out as it is very tacky even after warming it up in hands for a minute or so. Was hoping for better results and wish I would have known before I purchased as now I am stuck with a full thing of product. Quicksand is by far the best high hold product on the market.

After trying a sample pack I was very excited about the Hanz products. Quicksand and modified pomade specifically. I found quicksand to be a bit too matte for me so I added a bit of modified pomade for the desired finish. With Gravity Paste recently arriving I opted to give it a try since it seemed to solve for the one thing I didn't like about quicksand. Unfortunately the Gravity Paste isn't holding for me. The scent is great, the product applies easily, but within a few minutes my hair falls out of place. Unfortunately I can't say that I'm happy with the product. Really wish I'd tried a sample prior to purchasing.

This product was said to be a legend but I'm not so sure if that's correct. I have medium length hair and the product does a fantastic job holding my hair in place...for a few minutes. I expected more since we had to wait for this product and was believed to be much better than the other collection of products. The only thing that I can say I love about this product is that it applies easy and has a pleasant smell. However it does not hold like it says it will. I LOVE Hanz De Fuko products but this will be the only one that I can say it was a bummer to use.

First off this stuff smells like spearmint gum. The consistency is very creamy. It goes in smooth and you can put your hair wherever you want it without it clumping up and it stays there. I have medium length hair that I am growing out so I'm in a very akward point. It takes care of all the strays and my stubborn cow lick in the front can now go back where I want it without that big wave up front that claymation and quicksand never seemed to get rid of without looking like I put a ton of it in my hair. Totally diffrent product than anything out there. Best thing it once I fix it I can still run my hands through it Great job to the team that put this together.
